How much does a Priority Pass cost?

The price of a Priority Pass varies depending on the country your project is located in and whether you select a Silver, Gold or Platinum Priority Pass. In the United States, for instance, Silver Priority Passes cost $299 per project, Gold Priority Passes cost $700 per project and Platinum Priority Passes cost $3,000 per project.
While the cost in other countries may vary slightly, it is highly likely that it will work out to be the equivalent converted into local currency.

Do I have to pay a transaction fee as wll as the Priority Pass?

Yes. The transaction fee is still applied for bookings done using a Priority Pass. Although Priority Pass customers often benefit from lower rental costs than the market average due to Storefront negotiating with Landlords on their behalf.

What does ‘Per Project’ mean?

A Priority Pass is for a project, not an individual inquiry. What this means is the support you receive will be to help you launch your idea, regardless of how many Landlords you need to speak to. We will speak to multiple Landlords and send you multiple options. It is not just about helping you to secure one a particular venue.

What is the single most important thing a Priority Pass will mean for me?

While there are numerous benefits to all three tiers of Priority Pass the most impactful are speed and saving you time. The work we do on your behalf is work that you don’t have to do. Scrolling through thousands of spaces and contacting innumerable Landlords takes a lot of time and you could be on a tight deadline. We know the spaces, we know the landlords and we have the reach to find new spaces very quickly. We will get responses faster and a Priority Pass will vastly increase your chances of securing a space.

Does a Priority Pass guarantee me a space?

Unfortunately not. While we will work our utmost to find you something, sometimes spaces don’t exist or budgets simply don’t match up.
If we feel your project is something we will struggle to help with, we will be transparent upfront and offer you a refund. Should you wish to continue we will try our hardest but unfortunately as soon as we start work we will no longer be able to offer a refund..

What happens if I buy a Priority Pass but then don’t secure a space?

Unfortunately it may be possible that we are unable to find you a space that suits your needs. Our experts know their stuff and any challenges will be have been flagged when you first applied. If we have undertaken a space search or similar service but you do not book we are unable to offer a refund. However, it is worth talking to your Account Manager as they may be able to assist further.

Can’t I just do all this myself?

While it would be possible to scour the Storefront platform and make inquiries on all the spaces that suit your needs, it would take a long time. Equally, there are lots of Storefront spaces that are not online that you will not be able to find.

We know the spaces, know availability, can move quickly and can get responses from Landlords far faster than standard Storefront users.
