Two days before the release of Aya Nakamura’s latest album, Spotify staged a pop-up event in one of the spaces available on Storefront. On October 31, 2018, fans were treated to a short-term beauty salon, in the neighborhood of Etienne Marcel, with Aya Nakamura there as well. Inside was a nail bar, makeup workshops and an exclusive concert by Aya Nakamura.
This launch proved to be very successful for the singer, who received more than 2.4 million streams on her new album, in just 24 hours after the launch. This was a record for Spotify as it was the second biggest launch in history in France … behind Booba! Here is the store’s success in pictures.
